Dear Students & Parents,

Welcome to second grade!  I hope that you had a wonderful summer.  I am so looking forward to seeing you in September. I am confident that this school year will be exciting and successful.

As the school year begins, your child will need to have the following supplies, if possible:

3- (12 pack) #2 pencils, no automatic pencils

1-arrowhead eraser package

2- block erasers

1-mini pencil sharpener with cover only

2- red pens

10-small glue sticks

1-crayon pack (24 or less only)

1 -pack of markers

1-pack of colored pencils

3-marbled notebooks (different colored covers if possible)

4- two-pocket folders (sturdy)

1- pencil box (no larger than 8 ¾ x 5 ½)

2- manila file folders (any color)

1- two-gallon ziplock baggie

1-Pack of dry erase markers with eraser (or an old sock)

1-small scissor

1- roll of each: paper towel, tissue box, wipes (These items would be appreciated)

Please remember that all summer reading projects are due the first week of school. I am looking forward to a rewarding second grade experience.
